Curriculum Vitae

Biography

I was born in Baku, Azerbaijan. I grew up in Ankara, Türkiye. I received my B.S. in Mathematics from Bilkent University, and my Ph.D. in Operations Research from Stanford University, supervised by my lovely advisors Itai Ashlagi and Itai Gurvich.
I work on market design, applied probability, and healthcare operations. In my free time, I play chess and soccer, I watch Galatasaray games, I go to metal concerts, and I drive my La Pantera (mostly with my wife Valeria).
